COMMUNIQUER<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25a0 \u00ab La structure de communication d\u2019une entreprise ne doit pas refl\u00e9ter sa structure organisationnelle. Tout le monde devrait pouvoir parler \u00e0 n\u2019importe qui. \u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25a0 \u00ab Il n\u2019y a rien d\u2019aussi efficace, lorsqu\u2019il s\u2019agit de stopper des points de vue diff\u00e9rents, que d\u2019\u00eatre convaincu que vous avez raison. \u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25a0 \u00ab S\u2019il y a plus de v\u00e9rit\u00e9s qui circulent dans les couloirs que dans les r\u00e9unions, vous avez un probl\u00e8me. \u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25a0 \u00ab Une \u00ab messagerie \u00bb prudente pour minimiser les probl\u00e8mes donne l\u2019impression que vous mentez, que vous vous trompez, que vous \u00eates ignorant ou indiff\u00e9rent. Partager des probl\u00e8mes est un acte d\u2019int\u00e9gration qui fait que les employ\u00e9s se sentent investis \u00e0 une plus grande \u00e9chelle dans l\u2019entreprise. \u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ORGANISER<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25a0 \u00ab Imposer des limites peut encourager une r\u00e9ponse cr\u00e9ative. Un excellent travail peut \u00e9merger de circonstances inconfortables ou apparemment intenables. \u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25a0 \u00ab M\u00e9fiez-vous de ne pas \u00e9tablir trop de r\u00e8gles. Les r\u00e8gles peuvent simplifier la vie des dirigeants mais elles peuvent \u00eatre d\u00e9valorisantes pour les 95 % qui se comportent bien. N\u2019\u00e9tablissez pas de r\u00e8gles pour ma\u00eetriser les 5 % restant \u2013 traitez individuellement les abus de bon sens. C\u2019est plus de travail mais en fin de compte plus sain. \u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n
